I feel very confident that Freddie's recommendation is the house I want, please advise him that we are very close to a close on this one, but I would like to see the other areas we discussed, of course they will have to top the choice deal God placed in front of me through Freddie. (smile)
I noted the location of the Crocodile Bridge you referred to and I will meet you there at 10am tomorrow to continue the adventure.

Dear Jonathan / Cupotico,
My wife and I began our search over a year ago for the perfect dwelling in
Costa Rica. After months of searching, we realized that buying land was the
best way to go, in a place we both have lived in for a year, and have grown
to love, in Playa Hermosa / Jaco area.
We made contact with your agent Melissa about 6 months ago, she was one of
the few agents in all of the entire Jaco / Puntarenas area that dilligently
called and emailed me back with suggestions and options, and worked with me
to determine what would be best. After many conversations and emails,
photos, desriptions, and a lot of work on her end (we owe her like 2 weels
in the spa I am sure) I planned my trip to Costa Rica to meet with her and
narrow down our prospects.
Melissa was not only great with the followup and information, she was a
sweetheart too. As soon as I met her I realized there was no need to talk to
another agent, though I did see a few other places during my trip, but not
feeling right about the properties or prices, or an agent that I felt as
comfortable with as Melissa.
We finally settled on what was clearly the right place for us, and of course
I was happy to give Melissa the business. She is a huge asset to your
company, and I feel she has even become a friend, as much as an agent, and
this made the purchase all the more easy and stress free.
She really accomodated us in the best way she could, I am sure that between
the 200 phonecalls, 150 emails and 100 or so photos that went back and forth
we took up more time than any other customer she has ever had. But there is
no doubt that we will be strongly reccommending her to anyone who mentions
interest in buying real estate in Costa Rica.
Freddy also helped us out a lot, taking me around to some different places,
as well as Manuel who always was there to help us with questions. We also
appreciate the way your company extended itself in regards to closing dates
and money transfers, etc. It was greatly appreciated.
You have a really great person working for you there, and a great staff too,
and I just wanted to let you know that both Melissa and Cupotico exceeded
our expectations by a long-shot. You guys are way above everything else
going on down there as far as real estate, there are too many con-artists
but this experience will not be forgotten, we hope to send you some
substantial referrals over time, and look forwards to building a home on the
land we bought.
