Puerto JimenezPuerto Jimenez, across the Golfo Dulce from Golfito, is the jumping-off place for exceptional natural history/adventure destinations. The Osa Conservation Area has an office here to help you with visits to Corcovado National Park. South of town toward the tip of the peninsula are private nature reserves well worth a visit. You'll find small, modest hotels in town as well as restaurants and tour businesses.
While the big attractions are further along the southern end of the peninsula,
