allowing you to make online reservations. However, we provide
you an easy- to-use with high standard secure reservation
system. You can make your reservation by following the instructions
below:
STEP 1: Making the Reservation
1. FIND YOUR
HOTEL - On your selected hotel's page enter your arrival date,
number of guest and number of rooms, click the submit button.
you will receive a list of rooms with the rates per night
according to the dates provided and discount applied by the
hotel - click the 'reserve this room'
2. CHECK AVILABILTY
- Fill out your personal details on the reservation form.
Review your reservation and make sure all the details are
correct (if you want to change the
dates or number of guest, rooms or dates hit back till you
get to the hotel page), click
Submit to check availability. You will receive an automated
e-mail summarizing your reservation -your request is in process.
NOTE: If you do not receive our auto
response e-mail immediately after you submitted the form,
it means that your e-mail address might be not correct (please
recheck), or your mail provider had blocked our designed mail
html (Known to happen with hotmail).

us immediately and we will resend you the mail in a text
format)
STEP 2: Getting the Reservation Confirmation

3. TENTATIVE
RESERVATION -We will process your request and open a tentative
reservation at the hotel to make sure the room is kept available
until it is confirmed. In less than 24h you will receive a
second e-mail with availability confirmation, reconfirming
the total price and providing all the payment option details.

4. CONFIRMATION
-In the confirmation e-mail you will find a
paypal link were you can complete the payment and secure you
reservation (members and
non members may use paypal to make a secure transaction).
5. After receiving
your payment, we will send you a third
e-mail with your confirmation number. Be sure to print
out and present the voucher upon your arrival at
the hotel.
NOTE: If we do not get an answer
to our availability e-mail in a period of a week we will send
you another mail asking for a response, if not responded,
your reservation will be canceled.
To avoid disappointment, especially over high season periods,
very early booking is strongly advised.
If your requested hotel is not available,
our travel experts will try to find alternative hotels of
comparable standards and prices in the same area (if available),
then provide you this information for your consideration.
