Description
Veranda 7A is situated for easy walking access to all of Los Sue?os Resort's amenities: Beach club with expansive pool and white sand beach area, Marina Village Commercial center, Golf Course, Marina, 12 Restaurants and Casino.
The Veranda buildings feature tropical Spanish architectural design and outdoor amenities that include Six (6) swimming pools with Jacuzzis and barbeque areas, an air-conditioned gym and lush landscaping. They are located on the first hole of the renowned Los Suenos La Iguana golf course, an 18 hole, 72 par championship course designed by Ted Robinson.
This unit offers 700 square feet of interior living space and a covered terrace from which to enjoy the rainforest view.
Inside you will find upscale tropical island-inspired interiors with ceramic tile flooring and countertops, wooden cabinetry, dual paned windows, central air conditioning and broadband internet.
The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer. There is a pass through window to the built-in tiled bar on the terrace.
The living area has a 42" LCD TV nestled into the wall and a pullout sofa bed ideal for two children or a teenager.
The bedroom boasts a King bed with very comfortable mattress, a grand, carved headboard, and a view out to the gardens and rainforest. It has ample closet space, a TV with DVD player and an en suite bathroom with tempered glass-enclosed shower.
There is a 24-hour guard-gated entry and covered parking.
There are golf-cart and car rentals available nearby. There is a free shuttle service to the Marina and the Marriott hotel running every half hour from 7 am until midnight.
Room service is provided by the next door Marriott Los Sue?os Hotel. The nearby supermarket (Auto Mercado) is only a 5 minute drive away or a phone call away for delivery service and a delicatessen can be found at the Marina Village.
Restaurants within walking distance include New Latino, Seafood, Italian, Asian, and American. Other restaurants and shopping options are found a short drive away at the Herradura Plaza and in Jaco beach.

Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies.
