Description
Casa Milagro ("Miracle House"): This spectacular oceanfront home sits on the south of Jaco beach. where the surf is calmer.
The villa consists of a main house that has an open floor plan, and two separate guesthouses.
The villa is fully tiled and has double doors that open up wide to allow the fresh ocean breeze to cool the high-ceiling houses. AC units and ceiling fans are found throughout nonetheless.
The fully equipped kitchen has an adjacent dining table for 10.
Its beautiful pool and landscaped gardens with coconut palms invite you to do nothing but relax by them, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean.
The open-air charcoal barbecue grill invites you to cook but if you prefer to venture out, the town is only three minutes away.
The Master bedroom (main house) has a King bed and an oversized bathroom with walk-in shower. The Guesthouse 1 has two Queen beds and its private bathroom, fridge and stove.
Guesthouse 2 has a Queen bed and private bathroom.
The car gate is remote controlled and inside there is ample parking space for 2 cars.
Please note that the house is only rented to families, couples and groups of women

Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies. |
