Description

Sonidos del Mar a Designer house a few steps from south Jaco beach with AC, pool and beautiful gardens.
Luxuriously appointed with high ceilings, wood, fabrics and other natural materials.

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and a bay window with seating. The other bedroom has Double and Twin beds. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are present in all rooms. However, the house is naturally cool thanks to the surrounding tropical vegetation and its high ceilings.

The pool is also beautiful and enjoys the refreshing sound of a waterfall.
Walk to the beach or head to the close-by downtown area (5 minute drive).

The house is in the same property as another 2 bedroom house -Sonidos del Rio-. Both houses can be rented together for a group needing 4 bedrooms. The property would be rented to one party at a time.

Note: There is not a washer/dryer available but we will pay for your laundry at a local shop that has pick-up service.

cancellation policy

LOW SEASON	: 01-May to 31 Dec
HIGH SEASON	: 01-Jan to 4 Apr
PEAK SEASON	: 18-Dec to 31-Dec & 05-Apr to 30 Apr

Cleaning is included, additional cleaning can be arranged for a small hourly fee.
Rates Until confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies.
