Description

Fully-furnished and air conditioned three bedroom country house.

The house was recently constructed out of natural materials: tiles cover the roof, wood was used for the roof beams and high ceilings, rock was used instead of tiles in the showers and around the house?s exterior, ceramic tiles cover all floors and forged metal decorate the windows and lamps.

Fruit trees such as mango are found in the nice back yard with pool, lounge chairs and a gas BBQ grill. A driveway leads onto the covered garage.

In total, this home can accommodate up to 8 people. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and its private bathroom. The second has a Double bed and the third bedroom has two Twin beds. They share a bathroom.

Cleaning is included, additional cleaning can be arranged for a small hourly fee.
Rates Until confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies.
