Description

Country house with pool, large backyard with gazebo and AC in bedrooms. Located in a quiet and green neighborhood 1 mile from Hermosa beach.

Clay tiles, wood, stone and iron blended together to create beauty. The bedrooms are nicely sized and so are the kitchen and living areas.

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in all areas. Doors and windows open fully to allow fresh air to fill the house.

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have a Double bed and share a bathroom.

Cleaning, additional cleaning can be arranged for a small hourly fee.
Rates Until confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies.
