Description

Casa Eden is a home within the exclusive Hermosa Palms gated community.

You have access to a very large community pool, only steps away. The beach is one of the best to surf in Costa Rica. Hermosa is home to many competitions.

The house is fully air conditioned and is well equipped. All rooms are upstairs. Master bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the front. The second and third bedrooms have closets and bunk beds with Twin on top and Double below. They share the bathroom at the end of the hallway.

The back yard is large and can be used for a barbecue with the house's charcoal grill. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has a large water holding tank for when municipal water is shut off.

This house as a great bargain for those wanting to stay in Hermosa. The town of Hermosa is 5 minutes by car and there you'll find a grocery store and a few restaurants and bars. Jaco is only 15 minutes and has a lot more variety.

Cleaning is included, additional cleaning can be arranged for a small hourly fee.
Rates Until confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies.
