Description

Designed in the classic Spanish colonial style with clay tiles, wood, wrought iron and a courtyard around a pool.

The covered terrace by the pool has lounges and a table for four.

Inside, the large main area holds the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and the living room with TV/DVD.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, oversized bathroom with twin showers, walk-in closet and TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a Double bed. The third bedroom has four Twin beds in bunkers.

Indoor and outdoor parking and separate laundry/storage room.

NOTE: The house is next door to the Last Frontier House (sleeps 8, jacuzzi) so both can be rented together for larger groups. Villa Skeeter and Last Frontier house will only be rented together during the Christmas and New Year's weeks

Cleaning is included, additional cleaning can be arranged for a small hourly fee.
Rates Until confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies.
