Villa Encantada (Enchanted Villa) is a fabulous, exclusive, private rental villa on the best part of the beach in south Jaco. Great surfing for beginners is right outside the door. This villa is fit for royalty and is there for you to live your own dream vacation!

Only 3 minute ride to the downtown restaurants and shops yet far away from the traffic.

This fully air conditioned property features three elegant private suites and one bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and separate exterior access to a common courtyard with private pool and fountain.

The King's Suite has a four poster King size extra comfortable bed, an oversized bathroom with separate bathtub and double shower heads. A large screen LCD TV with DVD player and a small fridge complement the room's entertainment amenities. The suite has is own ocean view private terrace.

The Queen's Suite has a Queen size bed, oversized bathroom, living area and kitchennette.

The Princess' Suite has a Queen size bed and living area. The Prince's Bedroom has a Double bed and hosts the fax machine and internet equipment.

Relax in the sumptuous living room, or on the adjacent large terrace looking out to the Pacific. Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen or hire a private chef to cook for your party.

Wireless internet and VOIP phone for unlimited calls to the U.S. included.

Park up to 2 vehicles off the street in the private garage.

Cleaning, additional cleaning can be arranged for a small hourly fee.
Rates Until confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted.
Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights.
Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies.
