Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due in full 5 business days before the first day of occupancy for the Mansion.

If you should need to cancel after booking and paying your deposit, you get a full refund if you notify us via email 30 days (calendar, not business) before the first day of occupancy for the Mansion. After that, you forfeit your deposit, but you are not responsible for the balance.
