As the incur of costs from the time of confirmation and may be unable to re-book your period of stay, no refund will be made if cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the reservation unless the villa is reschedule with another party.
Cancellation charges
more than 60 days - deposit only
less than 60 days - deposit + 50%
less than 30 days - deposit + 100%
