Cleaning is included, additional cleaning can be arranged for a small hourly fee. . Minimum rental is 3 nights (inquire about last minute 2 nights stay) and 7 nights for Christmas & New Year's weeks, except where noted. Reservations that include the night of December 25 AND 31 must be a minimum of 11 nights. Damage (security) deposit is $500 to $1500 can be settled with any credit card and is refundable a few days after departure, according to our Rental Policies. |
