It is fully air-conditioned and the Balinese-style furniture and art add to the tropical feel of this lovely home. Its location high on a hill affords beautiful views of the rainforest and ocean below and the sunny skies above. The 20-minute walk to the beach is down stone steps and paved pathways. The private pool is 20 feet long and has a spacious deck with lounge chairs - perfect for soaking up the sun. The house consists of 4 levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and sleeps 8 to 10. Balconies extending across the front of the house have floor to ceiling windows. These verandahs are a perfect place to relax, sip a tropical drink or indulge in some summer reading. There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable living area on the main level, all facing the ocean. An island work area with barstools is a great place to gather for morning coffee and discuss the days activities. Also on this floor is a bedroom with whirlpool tub and queen sized bed. The large entertainment area is on the next level and is equipped with DVD player, cable TV and mini-bar. This level is just a few steps away from the pool and contains two additional bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with queen sized bed. An mini apartment on the lower level is a great place for anyone seeking a little more privacy. It has its own mini-kitchen with fridge, stove and sink.
