  • We refund the rate if booking is canceled more than 3 months prior to first day of reservation period. There is a cancellation fee of $ 150 plus incurred expenses for returning payment.
  • If booking is canceled less than 3 month prior to first day of reservation period we take 50% of the rate. But we will try to rent the house to somebody else. If we can find somebody for the same period, we will return the payment.
  • There will be a fee of $ 150 plus incurred expenses for returning payment.
