Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 25% Non refundable Deposit is Required to confirm any rental. 75% is Refundable if Cancelled 48hs prior to arrival, except Peak season when 15 days are required. * 50% Deposit Non Refundable required to confirm Rentals in this house.
