Hacienda La Luisa is composed of two adjacent properties, combination of slopes, coffee, sugar cane plantations, and some mountainous areas with primary forest and crossed by a public road. The properties have several houses, an historic mill and an area for offices and administration. The area has excellent soils, combination of hills and irregular landscapes, with beautiful views of the Central Valley, including the cities of San Jose, Alajuela and Heredia. Electricity service is currently provided by their own electrical plants.
