If you are leaving from San Jose take the road to the airport 12 kilometers after the airport you will make a right turn and head to the town of Atenas from here follow the main road until you get to Orotina from here take the highway to Puntarenas 10 kilometers from Orotina after the only gas station that you will see on your left you will take the exit to Jaco these road will take you directly to Quepos after Quepos you are only 6 kilometers from the hotel doors follow the road to Manuel Antonio National Park and you will find the hotel in front of the airplane ( a bar made from an old plane).
