Blue Surf Sanctuary Is located in Santa Teresa which is in close vicinity to Mal Pais.when you leave the airport you will get on the Pan American HWY and head for Puntarenas where you will board the ferry that takes passengers to Paquera. When you disembark you will drive through Cobano to reach the Mal Pais intersection and there you will turn right to get to Santa Teresa. The total trip lasts approximately 5 1/2 - 6 hours.
