On low season, all cancellations 15 days or less prior to arrival, will automatically cause a charge of one night penalty. No shows will be charged 100%. Special cancellation policies apply for High Season (Dic.16-Apr.30). Christmas, Season Holidays, Thanksgiving and Easter. 100% payment 30 days before arrival is required and cancellations or changes must be made at least 45 days before arrival to avoid 50% charge penalty. Cancellations made 30 days or less and "no-shows" will cause a penalty charge of 100% the total amount.
