In an ambiance of a film "Out of Africa" the cocktail bar with its cozy rattan chairs and cushions, play soft sounds slowly into the evening darkness as you sip on your chilled Planteur' Punch.
During the evenings the restaurant "La Casa Creole" (highly renowned by the Guide Books) serves in the hotel's dining area.
Intense and spicy flavors come from the French Creole islands and such dishes as Acras, Shrimp Martiniquaise, Ginger Steak or fresh Lobster are served. Guest are welcome to try the Chef's specialty French Profiterolles, puffed pastries filled with ice- cream and topped with a hot chocolate sauce.

You can visit the Cahuita National Park, white beaches and crystalline blue waters.
The coral reef is great for snorkeling where one can see a multitude of colors and fish and variety of different plants and marine life.
The walk through the park, on its sandy trails, under the shade of giant coniferous trees and coconut trees, gives you the opportunity to see and observe the howler and white- faced monkeys as well as sloths, iguanas etc...
