All reservation is subject to availability, 100 % prepayment. Cancellation must be requested by mail or by fax and we will send the confirmation by the same way. Only will be valid the cancellation with our stamp. If the cancellation is made 21 before check in, the hotel refunds 100% of deposit at the credit card.
