Reservations that are canceled any time prior to 45 days of your arrival date are subject to a $50 per room and tax charge, reservations canceled within 44 to 5 days of your arrival date are subject to one night's room and tax charge, and cancellations within 4 days of your arrival date are subject to two night's room and tax charge.

During holiday season (eg: Christmas) cancellations made within 31 days of arrival date, no refund will be made to the amount charged.
