CANCELLATIONS

Villa Alegre Bed & Breakfast will gladly refund your full deposit with 30 days PRIOR notice minus an administrative fee. On shorter notice a refund will be made only if the guest room or villa can be rented
Reservation Policy:

A confirmation deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We are happy to accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or traveler?s checks. To guarantee a reservation of 1 or 2 nights we request a one (1) night's deposit. A deposit of 50% of your total reservation is required for reservations of 3 or more nights. All balances are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation deposit can be made with a credit card authorization. Reservations will be held 7 days pending receipt of your confirmation deposit. If your check, credit card authorization or a communication regarding payment is not received prior to the 7 days, Villa Alegre will assume that you have cancelled your reservation. For the comfort of others SMOKING IS RESTRICTED to the verandas, pool area and private patios. Children welcome, under (3) are free.
