Cancellation:

Cancellation must be made in writing
Cancellation received 30 days prior to arrival date, 80% refund.
Cancellation received 15-30 days prior to arrival date, 50% refund.
There is no refund for cancellation received less than 15 days before arrival date. The exception is if we are able to sell the room for a second party; in which case a refund of 50% is given.
