Reservations cancelled at least 10 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
Semana Santa/Christmas and New Years Weeks
Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
Low Season
Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will have the credit card charged 1 night including taxes.
