Hotel Description
The Tree House is located in Punta Uva, within the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge, in the province of Lim?n, Costa Rica Punta Uva Beach.
Playa Chiquita and Punta Uva beach are excellent places to get lost, swim and view the wonderful underwater marine world.
The water is safe and no riptide or dangerous coral reefs are reported. The small bay of Playa Chiquita is just at 300 meters from the beach entrance at the tree house
The Punta Uva Beach is ringt in front of the tree house. This beach is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
Kayaks are available for rent on the beach in front of the Ranchito restaurant. So, if you are looking for the shiny fresh greenness of tropical jungle and the smooth curves of the beaches under the deep blue sky, then this might be your paradise.
Here at Tree Hose grow over 50 different palm trees and have the largest Heliconia collection in the area. Both houses are hidden between tropical plants. The extended gardens are the favored place for many exotic birds. In the morning, you shouldn't be surprised if you look out of your window and you see the howler monkeys around your house. They wake up early and they won't hesitate to let you know they are awake.

| The Tree House
It has two rooms and it can hold up to 6 people. The upstairs room has a private bathroom and a twin bed. The downstairs room is provided with a twin bed and a bunk bed for the kids. Both rooms use the same unique shower, which is built in and around the Sangrillo tree. The Tree House is equipped with a private kitchen and an air-conditioned room.
The new beach suite
It was finished on October 2008. Its 800 sq feet bathroom is by far the largest bathroom in the country. Calling this one bathroom maybe does not describe the captivating opulence of this space. As you descend into the sunken level, you are surrounded with brilliance, imagination, and creativity. |

aThe Tree House is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It is the most private of the three rentals (Beach Suite, Tree House, and Beach House) and completely removed from anyone in this area.
There really isn't anything negative to say about this place., The Tree House is the ideal holiday location - private, quiet, comfortable, close to shops / restaurants and 2 minutes private walk to the beach and with so much to look at whilst you were there. The Tree House is spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and you really, really must go.
