Cancellation must be received in writing via fax or email by our Reservation Office.
Cancellation received prior to the prepayment date (30 days prior during High Season, 15?days prior during Green Season) will be fully refunded, but the Hotel reserves the right to apply an US$ 30,- administration.
Cancellation not received prior to the prepayment date:
For Individuals: High Season:
29 to 16 days before arrival: 50% refund
15 to 7 days before arrival: 25% refund
7 to 0 days before arrival: no refund
Green Season:
15 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
7 to 0 days before arrival: no refund
No Show
In case of no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
