11. For cancellations during GREEN SEASON requests must be received in writing 31 days or more prior to arrival to avoid penalty. For cancellations during HIGH SEASON requests must be received in writing 61 days or more prior to arrival to avoid penalty and PEAK SEASON requires a 91 day written cancellation notice to avoid additional penalties. THE HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION RESTRICTIONS CHANGE FROM 31 TO 61 DAYS FOR ANY RESERVATIONS BOOKED AFTER OCTOBER 25, 2007. 12. Cancellations requested in writing 30 days or less prior to guest?s arrival during GREEN SEASON, or 60 days or less prior to guest's arrival during HIGH SEASON are considered NONREFUNDABLE or forfeiture of the full prepayment. Late bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE after the credit card charge has been processed. However, Gaia will make efforts to refund 50% in the event that all rooms are sold during that period. 13. Cancellations requested in writing 90 days or less prior to guest?s arrival during Peak Season are considered NON-REFUNDABLE or forfeiture of the full prepayment. However, Gaia will make efforts to refund 50% in the event that all rooms are sold during that period. 14. NO-SHOW and/or un-used room nights, and/or early check-outs are NOT REFUNDABLE regardless of the season.
