Cupotico was very efficient and helpful in making arrangements for us. The Hemingway Inn was quaint, colorful and clean. The homemade banana bread with fruit, hard boiled eggs, and coffee breakfast was wonderful. Diana at the front desk was more than helpful and informative. She made reservations for us to rent a car and take a great boat trip. We loved the food and people in Costa Rica - some of the neighborhoods had a 'third world' feel, but it was a great adventure!!

Hotel was great, staff friendly. However, the hotel did not have the information that I had pre-paid my nights stay at the hotel. Had to speak to company rep to solve problem. However, these things happen.
