Terms and Conditions:

• The 16.39% Government tax and Tourism tax is not included in the above rates.
• $10.00 per person, per night for additional guests.
• No charge for children under 12 when sharing a room with parents.
• Your reservation will be confirmed by fax or e-mail within 24 hours.
• Reservations can be made with a credit card authorization or cash deposit.
• At check-in, a credit card number will need to be held for incidental charges.
• Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is noon. Of course we will try and accommodate any schedule problems, provided space is available.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Cancellation Policy:

High Season: Reservations cancelled at least 10 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.

Christmas and New Years Weeks: Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.

Low Season: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
