Hotel and Condominium Club del Mar is situated at the south end of Jaco Beach, surrounded by mature tropical gardens, towering trees and palms. A tropical forest serves as the backdrop.

The Deluxe Rooms are furnished with either a single king size bed or two double beds with bathroom. A large covered balcony with full ocean view is furnished to provide a relaxing rest area. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fans, telephone, and coffee maker, hair dryer and safe.

The One Bedroom Condos consist of one bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom and a balcony with chaises for ocean viewing. The living room and dining room area and service kitchen flow together. The queen sofa bed in the living room is ideal for kids. The condo is fully equipped for four people which includes a refrigerator, four burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, TV, air conditioner, fans, telephone, washer, dryer and safe.

All Two Bedroom Condos have partial or full ocean views and consist of one master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom in the room, a second bedroom with either two single or one king bed with an adjoining bathroom. The great living area features a lounge area with a pull out queen size bed which is ideal for kids, a dining area and a service kitchen equipped for six people which includes a refrigerator, four burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, TV, air conditioner, fans, telephone, washer, dryer and safe.

The Penthouse features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a posted king-size bed and the guest bedroom with two queen beds, a large living room area with a small service kitchen and a large refrigerator. All rooms are air conditioned and extensively furnished. A large covered balcony offers great ocean views, with furnishings to complement outdoor activity.
