Harbor Reef If you were like me at 16, sitting on the beach, you were dreaming of places far away. They were exotic places, where the sea was warm and blue, the surf was fantastic, and the sunsets incredible. White Sand beaches that stretch for miles.     Our trip to Costa Rica was great. The food and service at Harbor Reef was also great. We enjoyed everyone working at Harbor Reef and the resturant. They were all very professional, kind, helpful and considerate. We would definitely go back there. Cupatico.con served us well. There were no hangups or delays on anything. All was exactly as was explained by my agent, Paulino. He gets a 10 and so does Harbor Reef. Thanks for a lovely time. Shirley Wyper... '

    Our stay at Harbor Reef was excellent. The only reason I have not given a 10 is simply there is always room for improvement. The staff at Harbor Reef were extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay in the Surf City Suite on the upper level was one of our best vacations ever and look forward to returning in the future. I would not have any problems to recommend Harbor Reef in Costa Rica. ... '
