Individual Room Reservations (Non-Holiday Period)
Cancellation of a reservation more than 14 days in advance will result in a refund of the credit card guarantee and a total refund of any additional deposit received.
Cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days, before arrival there won't be any refund..
Failure to contact for cancellation will result in full room charges for the first night and 50% charges for the remainder of the reservation.
Individual Room Reservation (Holiday Period)
Cancellation of reservation more than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Less than 21 days, Harbor Reef Lodge will make a good faith effort to rebook the reservation and if successful will refund the 50% deposit on any portion, less a $25 cancellation fee.
