Manuel Antonio National Park

Damas Island Estuary (boat trip)
A covered boat tour through the complex estuary system of damas. A professional guide will describe a variety of biological wonders located in this delicate habitat, such as white face monkeys, herons, boa-contrictors, crocodiles cayman, alligators, pigmy anteaters, sloths, tropical birds, just to name a few!!
White Water Rafting
Enjoy one of our tropical rivers, (Naranjo or Savegre), whether an expert or beginner, a nature lover or thrill seeker, one of our expeditions is for you. In the area we have level 2,3, and 4 rivers suitable for your specific experience. Enjoy breathtaking views from your raft as you glide through the rainforest.
Canopy tours
They have carefully constructed a system of platforms offering an astounding view of the pristine primary rainforest. This is one of the hottest adventure tours in the area. You will glide from platform to platform via cable connected to a robust tree high above the tropical canopy.
Sportfishing
The best challenge in Quepos, one of the experts most favorite places for fishing. The waters off the coast of Quepos are world famous and are home to many records in relation to size and weight of sailfish, swordfish, and blue marlin.

very nice room, comfy beds, the kitchen was a bonus. loved the walking distance to M.A. beach. however, the walls are thin and I could hear all the kids coming home after the bars - rowdy, loud, sounded like they were IN our room... but hey, it's vacation right? staff was pleasant, and the iguana outside our door to greet us the next morning was a treat. the cupotico staff were great, very helpful and made booking hotels a breeze. thanks very much. amy

hotel: Espadilla Hotel & Cabins
The stay was at the Hotel was ok.We did not have a AC so it was a little hot, it did cool down enough at night to sleep. We had no TV, Radio, or clock,which turned out to a blessing after a couple of nights at getting to bed around 9 or 10pm and waking up to the birds at daylight helped my wife and i to slow down and really enjoy life, we started walking the beach then a very slow breakfast, talking to the local people and other guest as well which would end up lasting a couple hours, then back to the beach sight seeing and swimming all day. We never listen to any news on the tv or radio did not keep up with time. Most of we did not want to leave and come home. thanks Miles and Louise Allen from Georgia ...
