CANCELLATION POLICY
-Low Season (May 01 thru Dec 19, 2008)
15 days prior to arrival date will be a 100% refund.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival date will be a one night charge plus taxes.
6 days or less to arrival date will be a charge of 50% of the whole stay plus taxes.
-High season (January 06 thru April 30, 2008)
30 days prior to arrival date will be a 100% refund.
29 to 15 days prior to arrival date will be a one night charge plus taxes.
14 to 7 days to arrival date will be a charge of 50% of the whole stay plus taxes.
6 days or less to arrival date will be charged the complete stay plus taxes.
-Peak Season (December 20, 2007 thru January 05, 2008)
3 months prior to arrival date will be a 100% refund.
89 to 46 days prior to arrival date will be a charge of 50% of the whole stay plus taxes.
45 days or less to arrival date will be charged the complete stay plus taxes.

-?No Shows? will be charged 100% of the total stay plus taxes.

All cancellations must be made by fax or e-mail only and they will be returned by the hotel to the agency with the confirmation of such cancellation.
