High Season: Reservations cancelled at least 10 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
Christmas and New Years Weeks: Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
Low Season: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay
