Reservation Policy

At hotel Si Como No all requests, modifications and cancellations must be made in writing and they will be confirmed the same way.
Payment in full shall be received on or before twenty-two (22) days of occupancy. If reservation is made less than twenty-two (22) days of occupancy, full payment must be received within three (3) working days of room confirmation. Hotel Si Como No must receive either a copy of agency voucher, a signed credit card authorization, or communication as to the status of payment prior to the due date indicated above or hotel will assume the reservation is no longer required and it will be canceled.
