The tour starts with a short 20 minutes drive east to the river, where your guide will give you a brief paddling and safety lesson to ensure your safety and comfort on the river.
For the next 3 hours you will float downriver, enjoying the vast array of life surrounding the river, benefiting from the expertise of your guide in all areas of flora and fauna. You will have the chance to observe the famous red poisonous frog as your guide takes you on a short walk to their home. Then, after some more relaxation on the river, you will stop at a picturesque sandbank to enjoy a delicious fresh ?river? lunch prepared by your guide, while you stretch your legs, take a swim or simply enjoy your surroundings. You finish your trip with a further gentle paddle down the river to a meeting point, from where you will be taken home.

Departure times and location:
8:00AM & 1:00PM you will pick up at your hotel in the Fortuna town area.
Return time and location:
1:00PM or 5:30PM you will returning to your hotel at the Fortuna area.

What to bring:
- Your swimsuit (there are several places to swim)
- Light clothing/shorts, tennis shoes or trekking sandals, sunscreen, hat, water and especially your binoculars and/or camera.
