Details
Paddling in proximity to Long Island, we can see many shore birds nesting or gliding on the thermals created by the offshore winds that hit this rocky outcrop. This island, as well as other nearby islands like the Gemelas and Olinga, is protected and forms an important part of the Manuel Antonio National Park. Beyond this point, we will paddle to Playa Espadilla braving the surf as we land ashore. To conclude our tour we will have lunch at a beachside restaurant before returninging to your hotel.
